LEAP Indiana seeks to create and support connections among diverse faculty from across all Indiana colleges and universities who are passionate about teaching and the exploration of innovative pedagogies aligned with AAC&U's LEAP (Liberal Education and America's Promise) States Initiative.

LEAP Indiana promotes inclusive excellence in undergraduate education, lifelong learning, and engaged citizenship as outcomes essential for economic success, cultural advancement and personal fulfillment in a modern world.
Vision:
LEAP Indiana will establish a robust and sustained network of faculty from all higher education institutions across the state of Indiana who share a commitment to quality and equity in undergraduate learning. Through this network, LEAP Indiana encourages faculty to embed our core values into program design and curricular planning, both in our classrooms and in the community: Transformative Education, Inclusion, Excellence, Engagement, Citizenship, and Equity
