Strategic Plan for Summit Radiology
As part of a leadership and management course, I completed a strategic planning assignment focused on Summit Radiology. I conducted internal and external organizational analyses, identified operational challenges, and created actionable strategies to improve workflow efficiency and strengthen competitive positioning. Through this project, I developed critical skills in strategic thinking, organizational analysis, and solution-focused planning. This assignment was meaningful because it showed me how effective leadership and proactive decision-making directly influence a healthcare organization's success. It helped me realize the importance of long-term vision and data-driven strategies, which will be essential as I move into leadership roles in the healthcare field.

Healthcare Policy Proposal for Women’s Reproductive Rights
In a healthcare policy course, I created a policy proposal aimed at improving access to women’s reproductive health services. This assignment involved researching current healthcare legislation, identifying systemic gaps, and proposing specific, actionable changes to increase access and equity. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in policy research, advocacy, and patient-centered thinking. It was meaningful because it showed me how healthcare leaders can use policy development to create real change for underserved populations. This experience deepened my commitment to promoting healthcare access and equity, both of which are critical to my future success in healthcare management.
