I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management through the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University Fort Wayne. I am passionate about healthcare leadership and dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and quality within healthcare organizations.

I currently serve as the Medical Staff Coordinator at Parkview Orthopedic Hospital, where I support physician credentialing, compliance, and coordination efforts. This role has strengthened my skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both medical professionals and administrative teams.

Outside of academics and work, I enjoy activities that foster creativity and connection, such as reading, writing, and spending time outdoors. I am also committed to continuous professional development and enjoy learning about innovations in healthcare management and policy.

Choosing Indiana University Fort Wayne allowed me to align my education with real-world experience in healthcare administration. My goals during college include expanding my leadership capabilities, gaining deeper insights into healthcare operations, and preparing for future growth within the healthcare industry. Long term, I aspire to take on leadership roles that help drive positive changes in patient care delivery and healthcare system efficiency.
