This portfolio presents a strategic marketing project completed for the Health Care Marketing course at IU Indianapolis. The work addresses a critical issue: many students are unaware of the mental health resources available through Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
Visitors to this site will see the progression from market research to a practical solution. This includes survey data that identifies communication barriers, followed by a comprehensive social media plan designed to increase service visibility and connect students with essential care.
