Hello!

My name is Diya Chaudhri, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a junior. I am majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry and psychology. My internship site is with Dr. Tamara Hannon at Riley Children's Hospital, and we will be researching pediatric type II diabetes. 

I aspire to learn and grow from opportunities like LHSI in order to achieve my end goal in life. My passion lies within helping other people through the knowledge and skills I currently obtain and will continue to build on. With a bachelor's degree in biology, I hope to get into dental school. I would like to become a dentist, with the aspiration of opening my own clinic in the future. Dentistry is a subject that piques my interest and it's something I want to learn more about as my career moves forward. With the ambition that I hold, and with the opportunities that I take, I believe I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
