This project focuses on helping the IU Indy Campus Health Center reach more students and improve how it shares information. For this assignment, I created a Budget, Social Media Posters for TikTok and Instagram, a SWOT Analysis, a Situational Analysis, Market Research, a Target Market, and a Public Relations Plan.
My research showed that many students don’t fully know what the health center offers. Because of this, I designed simple and eye-catching social media posts to help spread the word. The SWOT and situational analyses helped me understand what the health center is doing well and where it can grow.
Overall, my marketing plan recommends using stronger social media outreach, clear messages that speak to students, and consistent communication. The budget affordably supports these ideas. This plan can help the health center connect with more students and make sure they know about the services available to support their health and wellness.
