Committee's Background:
The ICCWC is a specialized committee within the United Nations dedicated to addressing issues related to wildlife crime. Wildlife crime involves illegal activities such as poaching, trafficking, and trade of endangered species, threatening biodiversity and ecosystems worldwide. The committee focuses on developing international strategies, cooperation, and initiatives to combat these criminal activities and promote the conservation of global biodiversity.
