1st Priority: Highest ranked player in each conference from ITA Preseason National Rankings (top 125 only)
2nd Priority: Highest ranked players according to ITA Preseason National Rankings (top 125 only; freshmen and newcomers now eligible)
3rd Priority: Once the two methods listed above have been exhausted, selections will be made according to WTN from the pool of players who submitted for entry (freshmen and newcomers are eligible). WTNs as of the week of August 25th will be used.
