Glitter Bottle

These bottles are so fun to make (& a bit messy so ask your grownup first)! 

They help take your mind off any anxiety or worries. 😊 

Ingredients

• Distilled Water

• 1/2 cup clear glue

• 1-2 tablespoons glitter

• water bottle (Mrs T likes to use Sparkling Ice bottles)

Instructions

• Put 1/2 cup distilled water into water bottle

• Add 1/2 cup clear glue

• Add 1-2 tablespoons glitter to the bottle

• Fill the bottle the rest of the way with water 

• Secure the lid on with super glue, hot glue and/or clear packing tape
