The Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology (ISUFST) – Dingle Campus has Planning Office, responsible in creating the blueprint and roadmap of the university in its academic journey. The office is committed to transform lives through quality education. Led by University President Dr. Nordy D. Siason Jr., CESO VI, OIC - Campus Administrator Dr. Dingras E. Balbona, and Planning Officer Prof. Romel D. Agunos, the university has developed comprehensive strategic plans to achieve its vision.

A key component of this plan is the Faculty Development Program (FDP), approved by the Board of Regents (BOR), which aims to empower faculty as innovative educators, accomplished researchers, and engaged community members. The College of Education has fully embraced this initiative, developing its own FDP to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
