The Bachelor of Elementary Education is an undergraduate teacher education degree program designed to prepare individuals intending to teach in the elementary level. The BEEd degree aims to develop highly motivated and competent teachers specializing in the content and pedagogy for elementary education.

After successful completion of all academic requirements of the degree/program, graduates of BEEd should be able to practice the teaching profession in the elementary level. It draws from various allied disciplines like social sciences, science, math, technology, languages, and humanities to ensure that the graduates have a multi-disciplinary preparation in content and pedagogy.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The objectives and goal of the Bachelor of Secondary Education were aligned with the vision of the institution; as such, the graduates are accepted in the industry, both local and international.

Goal:

Developed competent and dynamic teachers and leaders in education.

Objectives:

A. Produce globally competitive and humane graduates of Bachelor in Elementary Education;

B. Provide trainings for holistic development as elementary school educators with high degree of professionalism;

C. Conduct trainings on instruction, extension, and research development relevant to the program; and

D. Network with private and government agencies and other related people’s organization in the formulation and implementation of plans and programs of the elementary education program.
