Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts to the Student Journal of Technology and Educational Research undergo a rigorous and ethical double-blind peer review process, to ensure impartiality and scholarly integrity at every stage.
Initial Editorial Screening
Manuscripts are first evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief for compliance with submission guidelines, formatting, and completeness.
A plagiarism/similarity check and AI-generated content scan are conducted to ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts. Similarity Index and AI-generated content must not exceed 20%.
Manuscripts failing to meet these thresholds will be returned to the author for revision or may be declined without peer review.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass initial screening are assigned to at least two qualified reviewers in the relevant field, with both authors and reviewers anonymized.
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on:
a. Originality
b. Significant contribution to the field
c. Clarity of Presentation and Coherence
d. Depth of Research
e. Technical Quality
Reviewers' Recommendations
