In order to make SLD determinations using progress monitoring data, it is vital that schools have evidence that MTSS was implemented with fidelity. The following fidelity documents will be evidence that the school has provided the student with appropriate interventions that align to the student's skill deficits in a timely manner. If you are referring a student for an EC referral, the Tier 2 and Tier 3 fidelity documents will be submitted to your school's EC specialist for review by the MTSS school coordinator.
