Requesting Transcripts

If you're applying to colleges through the Common App...

Make sure to enter your assigned counselor's email address in the Counselor Recommender section. This is how we get notified that you need a transcript sent, and we will promptly upload your transcript and school report through the Common App to be sent to all of your schools.

If you're applying to a North Carolina school NOT through the Common App...

Students can send transcripts to all North Carolina colleges and universities for free through the College Foundation of North Carolina. Visit www.CFNC.org and use the "Transcript Manager" tool. Transcripts are sent electronically to the colleges/universities listed. Midyear transcripts are not included.

FOR ANY OTHER SCHOOLS and/or SITUATIONS

Current Students

Fill out this google form and Ms. McMahan will prepare a transcript in a sealed envelope for you to come pick up from the Counseling Office. You will be responsible for the stamp.

Graduated Students

Please visit this website to request a transcript.
