About Ms. B!

Hello, I am so excited for my 2nd year being part of the CHES family. I am from Buffalo, NY but have lived in North Carolina the majority of my life. I graduated from Greensboro College with a B.M.E. Bachlors of Music Education.

I am excited to share with you the love of music I have. My love of music did not start until I was a junior in high school but it has grown tremendiously. My goal is for you to enjoy music and keep music as an important part of your life. I listen to all kinds of music; Rock n' Roll, Country, Hip Hop,  Jazz, Rap, Pop, Classical, Alternative, Folk, Funk, Reggae, and Bluegrass. The best part about music to me is the performaces. I have played in big bands, concert bands, chiors, brass bands, and symphonies. My favorite performance was when my colleges' jazz band went to New Orleans to play in the French Quarter.

 I love playing my main instrument which is trumpet. I have receiently been learning a lot about my voice, ukuleles, and dulcimers.  I also love picking up any other instruments and seeing what I can do. In my free time I enjoy crafting, reading, spending time with family, and playing disc golf.
