Registration

The general fee for the conference is USD $300. This fee will cover the keynote and conference sessions, food (morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, reception on March 9th), a welcome bag, hotel shuttle, and other conference operating costs. 

Registration is open until January 26th, 2024. 

REGISTRATION FOR ELLSA 2024 HAS CONCLUDED. There may be a waiting list. For inquiries, please contact us at ellsa2024conference@ispp.edu.kh .

We are happy to offer schools a $25 discount for each person in a school group when the school has registered at least three participants. The cost of each person in the group will be $275.

If you are a teacher in CHINA, and your school requires you to pay the registration fee on your own, please contact us at the following address before attempting to register: ellsa2024conference@ispp.edu.kh

All other registrants, please carefully and accurately follow this sequence to complete the registration process: 

1. The ELLSA 2024 Organizing Committee recommends that you book a hotel first (see Accommodation section). This is important if you would like to take advantage of free shuttles to / from the conference. If you would prefer to book a hotel later (after formally registering) that is fine, too!

2. If your Finance / Business Office requires an invoice first please create your own by clicking this link: ELLSA 2024 Invoice Tool. 

3. Work with your Finance / Business Office to complete a bank transfer to ISPP. Please obtain proof of the bank transfer such as a receipt or screenshot (.jpg, .png, or .pdf) from your Finance / Business Office. This proof of bank transfer must clearly show:

• Sender / beneficiary (recipient) 

     account numbers

• Date / time of transfer

• Bank account names

• Amount transferred 

4. If your school's Finance / Business Office requires you to register on your own, please complete a bank transfer to ISPP and save the proof of the bank transfer (receipt or screenshot). You will need this proof during registration on the registration form. 

5. Each registrant must individually complete the ELLSA 2024 Conference Registration Form. To complete this step you must have proof of a bank transfer (refer to step 3 of this list).

6. After registrants have filled out this form AND a bank transfer has been received by ISPP, registrants will be emailed a CONFIRMATION of REGISTRATION. If you have not received this confirmation after 7 days, please check your SPAM folder. 

*Regrettably, international bank transfers will incur fees of between $20 and $30. As Cambodia is very much a developing economy, many of the more convenient ways of paying for things online such as PayPal and Credit Card payments are simply not available.
