Refund policy

We will provide a full refund of the registration fee (minus bank transfer expenses) if an attendee cancels before January 30th, 2024. After that, the registration fee is non-refundable because our expense budget is determined by how many participants have registered. If the number keeps changing, this creates budgeting issues.
