Admission Requirements

2024-2025 ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

To complete the Israel School of Excellence admission process, all registration fees, educational material fees, and 1st month tuition must be paid. The school must also be provided with the following:

Original Birth Certification – ALL new students

MEDICAL RECORDS – ALL new students

PHYSICAL RECORDS – Grades  K, 6th, and ALL new students

LATEST REPORT CARD – ALL new students

VISION TEST – ALL new students

TRANSFER FORM - ALL new students 

COPY OF RECENT STANDARDIZED TEST REPORTS (NWEA/MAP, ILEARN)

COPY OF RECENT IEP AND OR 504 PLAN (IF APPLICABLE)

PARENT/STUDENT INTERVIEW WITH THE PRINCIPAL
