Island Trees High School Transcript
In early July, final transcripts will be sent to the college/university each graduate indicated using the Naviance Graduation Survey. Please allow a few weeks for colleges to process their mail before calling our office to say the college "doesn't have the transcript." We cannot send these final transcripts out until after graduation and many colleges take weeks to process these as they come in.
For those who are NOT new graduates and need an Island Trees High School transcript for any reason - call the Guidance Office at 516-520-2139 and provide the following information:
Your name (maiden name at the time you attended ITHS when applicable)
The year you graduated or dates of attendance
Where you need the transcript to be sent - including address or e-mail address
A phone number where you can be reached
Please do not pay outside companies to contact Island Trees on your behalf. We are happy to locate your transcript and send it wherever you need it to go, free of charge. Please give us a few days to process your request.
Island Trees High School Diploma
Any graduate who needs a copy of their high school diploma must call the main office (not Guidance) at 516-520-2136. Diplomas need to be ordered and, for that reason, take much longer than a transcript to mail to you.
Transcript for College Credits taken at Island Trees HS
If you took (and paid for) college credits while you were a student at ITHS, you will need to contact the college/university the class was offered through to obtain a transcript in order to transfer those credits to transfer to the college you are attending.
There is typically a small fee to have your college transcript sent.
