Middle School Service and Sustainability Snapshots
Students at ISKL are empowered to develop leadership skills in various ways, including but not limited to organizing self-selected initiatives, leading groups and participating in clubs, service, and community activities. In Middle School, students have the opportunity to put their leadership skills into action by becoming members of the Student Leadership Team (SLT), where they learn to lead their peers, collaborate, share ideas, and take part in meaningful
experiences to develop their emerging passions and interests as leaders.
Some of the responsibilities that the SLT oversees include planning Middle School events, raising money for charities, and most importantly, creating an inclusive forum that encourages their peers to contribute to the wider ISKL community.
