ISKL cafeteria offers a wide variety of cuisine. The food are prepared according to:
Calories and portion sizes that meet our student needs based on age groups.
A variety of fruit and vegetables daily; highlighting dark green, orange, purple, etc.
A variety of protein sources; lean meats, fish, beans, legumes and seeds.
Minimal usage of fats and oils, salt and sugar.
No MSG or pre-packaged foods containing MSG should be served.
No nuts (peanuts, tree nuts content) or food containing nuts should be served.
All food and beverages served are free of pork.
The menu will be monitored regularly as according to the ISKL Food Services Guidelines.
