ISKL cafeteria offers a wide variety of cuisine. The food are prepared according to:

  • Calories and portion sizes that meet our student needs based on age groups.

  • A variety of fruit and vegetables daily; highlighting dark green, orange, purple, etc.

  • A variety of protein sources; lean meats, fish, beans, legumes and seeds.

  • Minimal usage of fats and oils, salt and sugar.

  • No MSG or pre-packaged foods containing MSG should be served.

  • No nuts (peanuts, tree nuts content) or food containing nuts should be served.

  • All food and beverages served are free of pork.

  • The menu will be monitored regularly as according to the ISKL Food Services Guidelines.
