Our middle school and high school rugby sessions are designed for players of all levels - whether you're just starting out or have experience playing the game. Our expert coaches will focus on building a strong foundation in the basics while also advancing your skills in areas such as:

• Scrum and lineout techniques

• Tackle and breakdown skills

• Backline play and movement

• Speed and agility training

• Tactical decision-making

In addition to developing your skills, our sessions will also provide valuable experience in match scenarios, game sense, and sportsmanship. By the end of the program, you'll be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in future rugby competitions.

Alongside our MS and HS sessions,  we are also offering an Elementary School ASA . This will be a non-contact, mixed session. Your child will get a chance to try a version of touch rugby, perhaps for the first time where they will learn the basics of the game whilst having great fun.
