Before the school closes we hold an annual end-of-year appreciation to our support staff. Our bus drivers, monitors, maids and gardeners assist us day-in and day-out so we make sure they don't go unnoticed. This year we are giving school bags sponsored by Big C Mobiles, special thanks to Mrs. Sireesha Reddy and her family. We also have some grocery items taken from the service learning budget; goodies include: rice, turdal, moong dal, jaggery, gulab jamun mix, tamarind and oil.

On Dec16, the ISH workers, and their families will enjoy a holiday lunch, and receive gifts and an ICRISAT tour. If you are interested, parents and students are also welcome to help with the lunch and gift-giving. In organizing the hampers being given, kudos needs to go to several groups of students. Grade 6 have sorted and packed the hampers, including accurately measuring dal and rice.

Grade 3 students served the support staff their lunch this week. They laid the tables, decorated the canteen, and were enthusiastic hosts/esses.
