We're excited to let you know that Global Cafe's canteen ordering and payment system at ISHCMC has now moved from MyCampusCard to Flexischools, part of the school-wide system updates rolling out this August. This brings a more modern, reliable, and secure way for your family to manage canteen payments — with no loss of funds and minimal set-up on your part.
Flexischools is a cashless payment platform already trusted by 2,300+ schools across Australia. It replaces MyCampusCard as the system linked to your child's ID card and your family account, giving you a fresh, modern app while keeping the canteen experience your family already knows.
Why We've Made the Switch
Flexischools brings a number of improvements for your family:
• A user-friendly app and a fresh, modern platform that's simpler to use day-to-day than MyCampusCard.
• Better account management and purchase tracking — see exactly what your child has bought, when, and where.
• Automatic top-ups and better notification control — set your balance to refill automatically and choose the alerts you want (low balance, spending summaries, and more).
• A strong customer service track record, with dedicated support if you ever run into an issue with your account or a payment.
• Robust data protection for your family's payment and student information.
• A proven platform, already running in 2,300+ schools across Australia.
How You'll Use Flexischools at ISHCMC
Grades 1–12, Staff & Parents: For the great majority of our community, Flexischools works as a cashless payment gateway. Students and staff continue to choose their food in person at our counters — simply tap or scan your ID card to pay, just as you would with cash or a card, but faster, trackable, and topped up in advance.
EE–KG: For our youngest students, the pre-order option remains available. Parents can log in to Flexischools to select and pay for their child's meals in advance, set day-by-day menu choices, and manage dietary preferences.
You don't need to do anything right now. Access to Flexischools is covered by the school's new Parent ID Passport (PIPs) single sign-on, so there's no separate account to create. Your current MyCampusCard balance has automatically transferred to your new Flexischools account — nothing is lost in the move.
Top up online through Flexischools, and — new with this move — set up automatic top-ups using your card of choice so your balance refills on its own whenever it runs low. You can continue to top up in person at Global Cafe's main counters using cash, credit card, or bank transfer (please include your child's full name and class code in the transfer reference).

Updated menus, a Food Gallery and other canteen information are available on our ISHCMC Canteen Menus and Information Folder, which has also been refreshed alongside this move.
