Anh Le (Lena)

Vocal Teacher

I am so blessed to come from a beautiful family of five, in which my parents never stops making me feel loved and my 2 sisters always give me a hand whenever I need them.

Music and art take up the greatest part in my heart – not to mention my family, therefore, I’ve always wanted to dig deeper into and develop more of my abilities as well as my capabilities of music in order to guide the younger generation to the discovery of their hidden talents.

I wouldn’t be who I am today without my faith, hence, striving to mature my teaching techniques  satisfies my longing and , from my point of view, brings God’s love to the young.

Ha Nguyen

Vocal Teacher

From my early years, music and art have captured my heart, with singing holding a special place in my life. Both listening and singing bring me immense joy. I believe music plays a vital role in our lives. It has the power to uplift our spirits and provides a unique space for us to express our deepest emotions.

While I don't come from a musical family, I'm incredibly grateful and loving towards them for their unwavering support of my musical passion. Now, I aspire to ignite this same passion in my students, guiding them to connect with music, fostering their understanding and appreciation, and ultimately, inviting them to experience the joy that music brings me.

Guitar

Nhan Nguyen (Tom)

Guitar/Ukulele Teacher

I picked up the guitar at the age of 12 and learned various genres of music, especially contemporary music like Jazz, Blues and Rock. I have been teaching how to play the guitar for approximately 6 years and giving lessons to students of all ages.

As a music lover, I enjoy listening to fine old melodies and rhythms like Jazz and Blues; however when I was at High school, I tuned in a bunch of heavy metal bands like Metallica, Megadeth,… I also have a thirst for a great cup of coffee or tea while watching people or having good conversations. Another side of me is that I am a handcraft avid person, especially Origami – the Japanese art of paper folding. Since young age, I have created a lot of Origami models, which really improves my calmness and patience in the long run.

Reading  is one of my hobbies, but not all genres are my favorite. The only one I’d like to read is adventurous, code-breaking books like Dan Brown’s. Last but not least,  Japanese manga comics are, of course, in my “must-read” list.

Graduate of Conservatory of Ho Chi Minh city
Acoustic Guitar - Beginner to Advanced
Electric Guitar - Beginner to Intermediate
Ukulele - Beginner to Advanced
Bass - Beginner

For over a decade of playing and practicing the guitars, I have mastered the “sting instruments” including Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Ukulele and Bass. Working as a studio guitarist as well as a teacher, I long to help my students explore the joy of strumming and plucking an instrument, feeling the beauty of music.

With my “laid back and relaxing” style, I am able to teach students of all ages and levels. The lessons and teaching materials of mine which are particularly prepared and tailored up to my learners’ needs and goals usually receive feedback as “dynamic and fun”.

During spare time, I am into listening to many different genres of music. My keenest band is probably The Beatles. At times, I prefer swimming, model kitting and drinking coffee or playing with my little dog whose name is “Em Em”.  Guess what, I am not just guitar lover, I am a dog person as well!

Music speaks to me though every note resounding from the flute. One way or another, I’ve been falling deeply in love with melodies in general, and the flute in particular. Thus, I chose to chase after the dream of becoming a flute teacher to not only fullfill my own passion but also to inspire many upcoming generations in order to enjoy the gorgeousness of musical notes.

Challenges do amuse me a lot. So, I’ve gained quite a lot of achievements throughout my career journey:

Besides, singing together with dancing is my cup of tea. I’m also very keen on cats. My 2 dear cats are “Spotty” and “Brown”.

Tu Hoang

Violin Teacher

When it comes to terms of music, “Violin” is definitely my first and foremost thought that pops in my head. I would say Violin’s beautiful and melodious tunes always mesmerize me and somehow touch my heart unlike no other instruments could ever do.  Teaching students how to play the instrument is also a part of what I’ve wanted to do. How beautiful and amazing it could be when one person is able to fire others up and spread the messages that music brings. I want to be the person.

My favorite composer is J.S Bach, and my favorite violin performer is Itzhak Perlman. They are such an inspiration and a role model to look up to. Aside from music, I am also fond of cooking and watching Netflix.
