Absence from scheduled lessons

Notification of absence from the scheduled instrumental lesson must be communicated to the ISHCMC Instrumental department at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to Ms. Linh 


Whilst every effort will be made to reschedule a lesson, where notification of absence has been communicated in advance to the instrumental office, this cannot be guaranteed due to teacher commitments. Only two lessons per semester can be rescheduled. It will not be possible to make up missed lessons where notification of absence is not given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Fees for all scheduled lessons remain and will not be refunded in the case of absence. 


Withdrawal

Enrollment for instrumental lessons is a one-year long commitment, divided into two semesters. It is possible to withdraw from instrumental tuition prior to the semester beginning, written notice is required, and any outstanding charges must be settled. Please inform the Instrumental Music Director directly, if circumstances require cancellation of lessons for any reason on Ms. Linh 


Within the previous semester, lessons are automatically re-enrolled to the following semester, so please ensure that should you wish to be removed from the next semester’s sessions, that you inform the instrumental music office by email. If cancellation if communicated after the new semester, then lessons will be charged pro-rata.
