Attendance Policy
Regular attendance at school is important for students to keep up with their school work, and be part of the school community. Parents are responsible for providing a reason for their child’s absence in a timely manner.
When a child is absent due to sickness, parents must write to the class teacher with the expected dates of absence. Parents should inform the class teacher via Toddle (for 1-2 days absence). Click here to view a tutorial on how to send an attendance excusal request on Toddle.
For planned absences of more than two days, parents must apply for permission by filling out the online absence request form linked below.
In the event of a late pick-up of a student in the Primary School who is not enrolled at ASCP, the student will be accompanied to the reception, and the family will be contacted. If the family is unable to pick up the student within 30 minutes, the student will join the ASCP program, and a late fee of 200 DKK will be charged by the school office. The same fee applies if alternative care is not arranged for school-organized events.
