How do tutorials work? 

Tutorials are a 10-step problem-solving tool that assists students in solving various challenges or points of confusion from their core content classes. Students work in small groups with their peers to present their questions, and ask each other higher-level questions to assist one another in solving their problems. Tutorials are done 1-2 times each week by 8-12th grade students as a study/support tool that AVID offers.
