The coaches and the EVBC have used Band as a communication tool. East is adopting a school-wide app called BallFrog. East coaches will phase out Band. The Booster Club will likely still use Band, at least through this season.

East Volleyball Booster club - Invite to join EVBC Band app will be sent to anyone interested in joining, upon request.
Players will all join the "all program player" band and a band for their teams. Coaches will help them get added. Non-staff adults are not to be on the athlete bands.
Group chats outside of official communication apps are discouraged. Consider any possibility of inappropriate content being shared in a private environment, the potential for misuse towards other athletes, and unintended contact with adults outside of the program that cannot be monitored by staff.

If you feel the need to address an issue between your athlete and a coach or other player, please respect these steps in the process.
The athlete should talk to the coach directly first. Please encourage your child to do so.
If, after the athlete has talked to the coach, further discussion is necessary please contact the coach to arrange a time outside of practice. The athlete must be present at this meeting.
If the issue is not resolved, contact the head coach to arrange for a meeting with the Activities Director or other administrator with the coach and athlete present.
