What training is available?

Most of the formal training will be taking place in the 2018-2019 school year. This is still Early Access, but we do have some resources for you.

There are three major sources for training:

Technology Department Google Suite Support Articles

The Technology Department has written a number of Support Articles on how to use Google's G Suite for Education. The link above takes you to our Google Suite: Getting Started page. This article links to all our Google Suite Support Articles, in an ordered series of steps. It is designed to walk you through setting everything up correctly from the start, so you can take advantage of features that will save you time right away.

District Schoology Professional Development Course

In the Foundational Skills folder of your Schoology PD course we have dozens of videos (around two minutes each) showing you how to setup, navigate, and use Gmail's web interface for reading, sending, and organizing email

Google Built-in Help

Google has built in help for its products.

In Gmail, access the built-in Help from the Setting's Gear menu at the far right on the screen
In other Google Suite apps, access the built-in Help from the "hamburger" menu at the far left of the screen, or from the Google App Help menu
You can also search Google for the specific Google application and task you are interested in learning how to do
