How to File a claim
If you are injured on the job, notify your employer and seek medical attention, if needed.
Report your injury to your supervisor as soon as possible.
You may lose the right to workers' compensation benefits if you do not report the injury within timeframes set by law

NURSE HOTLINE
Nurse Hotline is our free 24-hour service included with our SECURA Work Comp policy.
Take advantage of Nurse Hotline when a non-emergency injury occurs and call 888-333-3334 to speak directly with a registered nurse.
Employees and their supervisors should call before treatment is sought.
If the injured worker cannot be on the phone for at least 10 minutes, please send them for treatment and call Nurse Hotline after or while they seek treatment.
