Our electronic flyer communication system, Peachjar, allows your school’s flyers to be posted online as visually engaging images and emailed to all parents. Parents access your school flyers through the Peachjar button on the Elementary, Middle School, High School and Early Learning school’s home page.
At each school, the Principal and/or Principal’s Secretary will be designated as the “Peachjar School Admin.” School Admin accounts can be created by the district office to provide you with the ability to post your school’s internally-created flyers. School Administrators will be notified via email when their account is created.
Peachjar is free to our schools because community partners pay a small service fee to post and distribute digital flyers (typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers). Therefore, you may not post a flyer from a community partner through Peachjar. All community organizations that want to distribute flyers must be directed to use Peachjar.
The Peachjar School Admin(s) at your school will have flyer-uploading privileges and may choose to assign flyer-uploading privileges to others as well (e.g. another school office staff member and/or a parent group member). The school staff member(s) who will upload flyers or assign flyer-uploading privileges should take these actions:
