Support team captains during unofficial practices by providing supervision. This role helps ensure practices run safely and efficiently while empowering student leadership.
A concession manager will oversee the stand. Volunteers assist with selling snacks, drinks, and merchandise during games or events. Responsibilities include setting up, handling cash/card transactions, restocking items, and maintaining a clean and friendly environment.
A board member will be present at each theme night and serve as the point of contact. No planning is required. Tasks may include decorating, organizing gifts and activities, coordinating with other parents, and helping the event run smoothly and memorably.
Parents help oversee athletes and support them in representing WBL Soccer as responsible community stewards. Patrons will drive in and may request assistance unloading compost (brush and leaves) from their vehicles. Athletes will assist with unloading. Tips are not required. Duties may include directing vehicles, holding signs, and collecting cash from patrons.
Pick up pre-arranged team meals from local vendors and deliver them to the high school. Plates, utensils, and napkins are already purchased and stored at the school. Team managers will gather these materials for you and meet you in the student union. Volunteers set up the meal buffet-style in the student union for both JV and Varsity teams.
After the meal, use provided Clorox wipes to clean up. Tasks include clearing tables, disposing of trash and compost, wiping surfaces, and organizing leftovers. Help keep the team space tidy and welcoming.
