⚽ Executive Board Structure

The Executive Board is composed of the following roles:

• President

• Vice President

• Secretary

• Treasurer

• Up to 3 Members-at-Large

These leadership roles are essential to the success of the boys’ soccer program and play a vital part in creating a positive and enriching experience for our student-athletes. There is a tremendous opportunity to continue growing the booster club and ensuring our players are supported throughout their high school sports journey.

📅 Term Limits

Board members serve one‑ or two‑year terms, with a maximum of two consecutive terms in the same role. 

🏆 Board Role Descriptions

President

• Oversees and directs all booster club activities

• Presides over meetings

• Appoints committee chairs

• Coordinates organizational efforts

• Acts as liaison between the booster club and school administration

Vice President – Communications, Fundraising, Social

• Manages all club communications (packets, emails, social media: website, Facebook, Twitter)

• Promotes volunteer opportunities

• Assumes presidential duties when needed
  
  

Fundraising Chair

• Leads all fundraising initiatives

• Solicits donations and sponsorships from community and corporate partners

• Sends thank-you acknowledgments for contributions

Social Chair

• Plans and organizes social events

• Secures venues and coordinates event logistics

• Recruits volunteers and engages community groups

• Selects food/beverages and collaborates with the VP on promotional materials

Secretary

• Records and presents meeting minutes

• Issues official notices per the bylaws

• Maintains accurate volunteer records

Treasurer

• Manages all financial transactions and documentation

• Oversees club funds in alignment with financial policies

• Collects and disburses funds

• Ensures compliance with tax-exempt regulations and budget

• Presents monthly financial reports (accounting experience preferred)

• Coordinates audits

Members-at-Large

• Serve as general representatives of the booster club community

• Provide input and vote on board decisions

• Assist with special projects, committees, and events as needed

• Offer flexible support across various booster club initiatives
