The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) awards scholarships annually to graduating high school students for their first year of college or vocational school. 

Requirements: 

• receive service from Park Region (Park Region Telephone/Otter Tail Telcom, Rothsay Telephone, or Valley Telephone)

Scholarships are awarded to those enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college program or a 1-year technical school program in the healthcare field.
