There are several types of scholarships Battle Lake students can apply for (local, regional, national). On this page, I will provide the links for scholarship applications or embed the application into the page. Please follow the instructions on the application and return it to the destination provided in the application materials.

Kent McAllister Thiel and Eklund Pay it Forward Scholarships are specific to Battle Lake students. All students pursuing college are encouraged to apply!

BBB Students of Integrity Scholarship
Better Business Bureau serving Minnesota and North Dakota is proud to invite High School Seniors graduating this school year from a Minnesota or North Dakota school to apply today for our 2025 Students of Integrity Scholarship.
This scholarship is awarded to high school students who have demonstrated high character, leadership, and ethical values in their personal choices and actions. The application deadline is Monday, November 25, 2024.
Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) Scholarship
The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) awards scholarships annually to graduating high school students for their first year of college or vocational school.
Requirements:
receive service from Park Region (Park Region Telephone/Otter Tail Telcom, Rothsay Telephone, or Valley Telephone)
