Preschool Tuition

Information about Preschool Billing

At the beginning of each month, statements will be sent via email.  If you need a printed copy please let your child’s teacher know.

Payments are due by the 15th of each month.

Payment options are as follows:

*Cash-exact amount

*Checks made to PEM Preschool-with child’s name in Memo

*Online payment:  Online Tuition Link

Payment Options: Tuition payments are flexible. Families may choose to pay monthly, multiple months in advance, one-half of the annual tuition, or the full annual tuition, provided that all accounts remain paid through the current month. 

Delinquent Payments:  Families who fall behind on payments will be sent reminders.  If no attempts are made to bring the account up to date, the district has adopted a policy of sending the matter over to an outside collection agency.

Scholarships Available:  Please fill out the Application for Educational Benefits (found on the main PEM Webpage) for a fee reduction if you qualify.  This application is available July 1 for the following year.  Once you qualify, please notify your child's teacher and/or billing coordinator. The reduced rate will be applied for that month once we are notified of approval.  Past due fees remain the same.  The form will be available July 1st for the 2026-2027 school year.
