CLASSROOM AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT
In our classroom and in our PEM Community, we will follow the Bulldog Pledge:

Most classroom behavioral issues are generally resolved by giving the student a reminder of what is expected. If after an initial warning, the behavior is repeated, intensified, and/or disruptive to self and others, the student will be provided a Fix-It Plan. Instead of going outside for recess, the student will remain in the classroom to complete the plan by identifying the cause and steps to take the next time should this same challenge present itself again. The student and I will sign the Fix-It plan once complete. I ask that you please review and discuss with your child and sign and return the plan the next day (with any noted questions, concerns, or thoughts for consideration).
