Program Qualifications

• Students in preschool through grade three scoring below benchmark on the FAST assessment are eligible for Title I services as long as they do not already qualify for special education in that subject area. 

• Classroom and intervention teachers decide which subtests should be served first.

• Intervention groups change frequently as students meet their goals and graduate and we begin new groups.

ADSIS Program Qualifications

Kindergarten & 1st Grade

• FAST Early Literacy Assessment 

  • 2 subtests in the 25th percentile or below (nationally)

  • FAST Early Literacy Assessment

    • Composite score below 20th percentile nationally 

2nd & 3rd Grade

• FAST CBM-Reading (Fluency)

  • Median score below 25th percentile

• PRESS Inventory 

  • Phonological or decoding subtest(s) does not meet standard 

• FAST aReading Score

  • Below 25th percentile nationally

Students who receive ANY special education services are ineligible for ADSIS services.
