Summer Weight Training workouts begin Monday June 13th @7:45 in the Kennedy Athletic center.
DAILY workout schedule
Mondays and Tuesdays / Thursday Friday 7:45- 10:00am
WEDNEDAYS 7:45-8:30AM LIFTING 9AM-12PM 7 ON7
WEDNESDAYS 7 ON 7 AND BIG MAN CAMP 9am-11am
TEAM CONTACT PRACTICES
Per the MSHSL we are allowed to practice 12 times over the course of the summer. Thus we use these days to implement the defensive and offensive playbook. It is very important that athletes are attending these 12 sessions. I have created a schedule that will allow athletes to still maximize family time. I have also kept in mind that a lot of our athletes do maintain full time employment.
STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND PRACTICE DAYS
June 28&29th Team camp Mankato 6am-5pm
Players will need transportation to and from camp both days
July 12th 13th 14th 10AM12pm
July 19th 20th 21st 10am12pm
July 26th 27th 28th 10am12pm
