Per the job descriptions posted in the 2024-2025 Q Comp MOU
PLC Leaders, PLC Facilitators, Peer Coaching Facilitators, and the Financial Coordinator all are two-year terms. At the end of the second year, positions are opened to the current and new applicants. The Q Comp Director position is a three-year term. At the end of the third year, the position will be opened to current and new applicants.
