Per the job descriptions posted in the 2025-26 Q Comp MOU
PLC Leaders and PLC Facilitators are two-year terms. At the end of the second year, positions are opened to the current and new applicants.
The Q Comp Director position is a three-year term. At the end of the third year, the position will be opened to current and new applicants.
