Grounding Technique

Use when feeling upset or anxious. You can either name these in your head or out loud!

Circle of Control

What you can control and what you can't control. Work on naming these and giving up some of that need for control

Positive Apple Tree

Name positive things about yourself in the tree and the negative things you think about yourself in the fallen trees. Discuss this with your parent or caregiver.

Use this to practice what you CAN do when you feel stressed.
