Universal Screening

Standardized assessments for all students used to identify students’ areas of strength and need, offer a snapshot of progress over time.

Screening Tools

Math: aMath (Fastbridge) for grades 5-9 in fall, winter, spring

Reading: aReading (Fastbridge) for grades 5-9; AUTOreading (Fastbridge) for grades 5-9 in fall, winter, spring

Social/Emotional/Behavioral: Early Warning Indicators (Performance Matters) for grades 5-8: attendance, behavior, course performance in fall, winter, spring

SOS (signs of suicide) Program: Brief questionnaire from counselors, for grades 6 and 10 in fall only
