Garlough Relays
Each year we run a workout at Garlough Elementary school to start the season and to end the season. It's a great way for each runner to measure progress within season as well as a fun opportunity to compete along with a teammate in a relay format. It's also a great way for each runner to see their progress from year to year. The course is cross country-ish on the path and through the grass play area, and the full workout consists of each runner doing 6 reps of the roughly half mile loop. It is the only workout where we track and record times for every runner on the team each season. Below is the set of results from each season we have run the workout as well overall records using average times from runners completing the full workout.
