Each year Minnesota teachers and librarians work as a group to nominate new titles for this student choice award.  This group is called MYRA - Minnesota Youth Reading Awards. 

Here are this year's nominees for the Maud Hart Lovelace Award - Division 1 GR 3-5: Best Chapter Book/Novel. Students across the state are reading these books now and the vote will takes place the end of March.  

All students grades 3-5 are invited to read or have these books read to them and vote for their favorite the end of March! Ms. Levasseur will send teachers the poll to collect student votes then. Students must've read or have been read at least 3 of the 10 titles to vote in March. 

We have several copies of each of these titles in both Eagle View & Middles School libraries.
