    • Appropriate footwear - golf shoes preferred!

  • Positive Attitude

    • Ask questions, work with teammates to improve your golf game, listen to instructions in order to maximize your potential and limited time at the golf course this spring.

  • Use Time Wisely--Practicing Golf Skills as time is valuable at the course

    • We will start on the practice green working on our short game most days and then rotate to the range when stalls open. Whether it is a drill, game, or you are on your own practice with purpose. Think about what you should be working on rather than just "going through the motions."

  • Communicate with Coaches and Teammates

    • Include Coach K on communication if you are going to be absent, not just a verbal at school.

  • Clean Up & Take Care of the Course

    • Don't leave trash around, respect the grounds by replacing divots with sand/seed when appropriate, don't run around on the greens, be respectful of the other golfers on the course--Represent yourself and Chanhassen High School!

  • Cell phones should be in golf bags once on the course

    • Put them away until the end when and if rides need to be arranged. As much as I love being at the golf course, I won't always want to be at the course waiting for rides until sunset :) .

  • Practice how you would compete!

    • We should be utilizing valuable time--which is limited already this season--to improve, play efficiently, and have fun with a positive attitude as best team GOLD can.
