J-WISEでは、2021年実施のアンケートに基づき、メンタリングプログラムを開始することといたしました。

J-WISEメンタリングプログラム申込み受付開始 ～自分らしく活き活きとしたキャリアに向けて～
プログラムの概要：セキュリティ分野に従事する女性のみなさんを対象に、自分らしく活き活きと活躍できるキャリア形成や安心して相談できるネットワークの形成・拡大を目的として、J-WISEでは女性のための女性によるメンタリングプログラムを実施します。みなさんの課題（キャリア、スキル、仕事の進め方など何でも可）について、J-WISEのCoreメンバー（女性）との1on1での対話を3か月にわたって重ねていくことで、みなさんが自分らしいキャリアを歩んでいくためのきっかけづくりをお手伝いできたらと考えています。
プログラムの詳細：
[目的] みなさんが自分らしく活き活きと活躍できるキャリアの形成、安心して相談できるネットワークの形成・拡大のサポート
[目標] みなさんが自分らしいキャリアを歩んでいくためのきっかけづくり
[メンティの条件] セキュリティ分野で働く、働きたい、または興味がある女性（または女性と自認されている方）
[メンター] J-WISE 運営メンバーをはじめとする有志の女性
[期間] 3か月（月1回程度×1～2時間/回 ※2021/2-4頃の予定）
[実施方式] 1on1（原則オンライン、双方希望する場合はリアル可）
[募集人数] 3-4名程度（メンターとメンティのマッチングは事務局にて実施）
[費用] 無料（メンティの通信費・交通費等はご自身でご負担ください）

After the survey conducted in 2021, J-WISE decided to start the mentoring program.
Please review the following details and apply for the mentorship.
J-WISE Mentoring Program Application Started - For your happy career life -
We are starting the mentoring program for women by women, to help the female who work in, or want to work in security build and expand your network and pursue a happy career life of your own. We hope this 3-month 1 on 1 mentoring program where you can discuss various challenges (career, skills, how to proceed with your projects etc.) will give you hints to start, redesign, and/or grow your career.
Program Details:
[Purpose] To support the female who work in, or want to work in security build and expand your network and pursue a happy career life of your own
[Goals] To give you hints for you to start, redesign, and/or grow your career
[Mentees Requirements] Women (or those who consider yourself a woman) working, want to work, or interested in security area
[Mentors] J-WISE Core members and volunteers
[Period] 3 months（Once a month, 1-2 hours per session *February 2021 - April 2021)
[Method] 1on1（Online. However you can have face to face sessions if both the mentor and mentee agree）
[Number of mentees] 3 - 4 (Matching a mentor is done by the core members)
[Fees] Free（Mentees are required to cover their own internet usage fees, or transportation fees）
[Operated by] J-WISE Core Member（Ms. Sueyoshi）
