Unit plans have to be documented on ManageBac including the reflection

Each teacher needs to choose one unit plan that he/she would like to assess at by the end of term 1 and by the end of term 2. You can find the Evaluating MYP unit plans IB document here. Those are the steps to follow:
Choose one unit planner from the relevant semester
Export the PDF and upload it to Flint
Look at the feedback (Remember to be critical and to check the Evaluating MYP unit plans IB document
Based on the feedback, you will be able to set a goal. You can then schedule a meeting with the MYPC to reflect on unit planning and discuss your thoughts and goals.The intention is to provide time to talk about your teaching and learning through the lens of your unit plan.
