Although most classes are run in Korean, you can utilise the area and equipment (e.g. badminton courts, rackets, yoga mats, ping pong tables, swimming pools) during times where you are able to practice, usually during the weekend. You will have to pay but it is usually inexpensive. Even though there is a language barrier, the teachers will do everything to help you follow the lesson with the rest of the class. You'll have a great time!

부산광역시 해운대구 세실로 137(좌동) is the address in Korean if you need it at any point!
Morning swimming lesson from 6-7am
You can sign up for these lessons at the end of a month, where you will pay for the whole month (around 25000 won) and you are given a membership card which you need to bring every morning to scan.
You can be a complete beginner at swimming or just want to improve or learn new strokes, the classes are divided into levels and there's something for everyone. Swimming in the morning is a fantastic way to start your day, I can say from experience that it helps me be a lot more awake and alert at school as well as feel a happy sense of accomplishment before the day has even started.
The swimming pool at the Haeundae Communcal Sports Centre is large, clean and well-equipped.
There are 3 pools:
Adults pool: 10 25m-long lanes, depth ranging from 125-150cm
Childrens pool: 5 15m-long lanes, depth ranging from 90-120cm
Infants pool: 5 10m-long lanes, depth ranging from 40-70cm

You can check the programmes they offer as well as the prices, schedules and teachers here, but it is recommended that you go speak to the people at the information desk in person because they'll be able to help you best, providing you with the different options.
Although swimming is the only programme that I can comment elaborately on since it is the only one I have experience with, I'm sure that the other programmes are just as well organised and high in quality as the one I have tried!
Kickboxing is the best way to reduce stress and add cardio to your weekly routine! Get to know new people, make friends, sweat a lot, and learn how to punch, kick, and defend. Team Mad is open to children, teenagers, and adults, and beginner friendly.
The classes are in Korean, but you will catch onto the lesson plans, drills, and techniques, as kickboxing is an action. From my personal experience, the people are amazing, and kind, and want the best experience for you.
What to keep in mind?
Please note that it's only children's group kickboxing from:
5:00 - 5:00
You can borrow leg guards and boxing gloves.
You can also join ju-jitsu in the same area
You will need to buy 목장갑 or work gloves to wear under the boxing gloves (Image shown on the right)
