Effective communication, collaborating and being open to new ideas are also essential ingredients for a harmonious team environment.
Inquiry questions:
Factual: What are the basic steps in film-making? What are the film-making team members’ jobs? What are the conventions of the different film genre? What are the basic tools, equipment and processes of film-making?
Conceptual: How can we collaborate effectively within the team and develop as imaginative and skilled creators and collaborators?

Group work rules that we have to follow for the rest of the project:
1. Members of the group have a chance to speak, expressing their own ideas.
2. Members of the group should be prepared to hear others’ ideas.
3. The discussion is not dominated by any one person.
4. Critique ideas, not people.
5. Accept constructive criticism gracefully.
6. Even in disagreement, there’s an understanding that the group is working together to resolve a dispute, solve a problem, create a plan, make a decision, find principles all can agree on, or come to a conclusion from which it can move on.
